Xignux, S.A. de C.V. (“Xignux”) announces the extension of its joint venture agreement with General Electric Company (“GE”).

After obtaining the regulatory approvals required, Xignux has signed the closing agreements of the transaction through which it extends the joint venture agreement it has with GE, through its subsidiaries Prolec, S.A. de C.V. and Prolec, LLC. This joint venture, through the subsidiary companies in Mexico, Brazil and United States, shall continue participating in the segment of manufacture and commercialization of transformers and other related products.
