XIGNUX, S.A. DE C.V. (“XIGNUX”) ANNOUNCES THE COMPLETION OF THE SALE OF ITS INDIA OPERATION, INDOTECH TRANSFORMERS LIMITED (INDOTECH)
On September 3, 2020, Xignux subsidiary Prolec GE International., S. de R.L. de C.V. concluded the sale of its operations in India (Indotech) to Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited.
The deal is expected to be finalized during the first half of 2020, once the necessary regulatory approvals are obtained and certain conditions met that are typical of this type of transaction.
