Monterrey, Mexico, September 1st, 2022 – Viakable S.A., a Xignux company, announced today that it successfully concluded the process of selling São Marco Industria y Comercio Ltda in Brazil (“São Marco”) to Montana Aerospace (the “Company”), after obtaining regulatory approvals and complying with all the conditions required in this kind of operations.

The transaction was completed through PPE, a subsidiary of Montana Aerospace that specializes in magnet wire.
