We energized our Labor Seminar Xignux

Energizamos nuestro Seminario Laboral Xignux

With the participation of more than 120 energizers, we held the eleventh edition of the Labor Seminar at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MARCO).

This event was organized by the Xignux Labor Relations Department for the leaders of the Human Resources and Labor Relations areas of our companies.

During the session, we had the presence of AON Consultants, who shared with us strategies on the future of work in Mexico.

In addition, we participated in several outstanding panels:

  1. Strategies for retaining operational personnel, with the participation of the following speakers: Juan Carlos Díaz, Labor Relations Specialist (FRISA); Miguel Ángel Torres, Labor Relations Manager (Ternium); and Alejandro Ortega, Country Labor Relations Lead (John Deere), who shared their best practices.
  2. Labor Reforms, a panel in which we were joined by Luis Peña, Partner – People Advisory Service at EY and David Puente, Labor, Social Security and Immigration Partner (Basham, Ringe y Correa). The panel discussed the upcoming reforms in labor issues and their impact on operations.
  3. Labor Human Rights and Compliance. We had the presence of Thalia Fernandez, Global Head of Human Rights (Femsa) and Heberardo Gonzalez, president of Coparmex Reynosa, who shared with us practical cases to address complaints.

We also had the participation of Carlos Lecumberri, Business Transformation VP at Lee Hecht Harrison, who shared his experience in transforming the work culture.

In his closing message, José Alfredo Saldaña, director of Xignux Labor Relations, recapitulated the main topics addressed at the event, stressing the importance of being close to people, addressing their concerns – as is done with the Xignux Labor Guidance Center – to foster work environments with respect and dignity for each of our energizers.
