

We successfully held the 10th CTX Forum, an event reaffirming our commitment to leadership and excellence.
The session, held on January 29th, began with an inspiring message from our Corporate Development Director, Oscar de J. Martínez, who emphasized the importance of leadership and organizational culture as fundamental pillars for our company’s transformation.
Afterward, Juan Ignacio Garza Herrera, CEO of Xignux, shared the results achieved in 2024, proudly highlighting our sustained growth. He also encouraged us to maintain and surpass these achievements in 2025, aligning with Vision 2030 and our commitment to strengthening our competitiveness and operational excellence.
Throughout the event, five teams from Xignux companies presented strategic projects that showcased the dedication, effort, and innovation that define us.
The BYDSA team shared their experience with the PC21 project (Potato Chips 2100 lbs) and how synergy between different areas was key to success, focusing on strategy and approach, TPS, human development and digital transformation.
Viakable colleagues presented their strategic growth in the cable market, the strategies implemented in recent years and the challenges they have overcome on their path to success.
Xignux representatives discussed the importance of being a responsible corporate citizen and how this aligns with ESG objectives. They also shared four case studies showcasing the best practices from our companies.
Qualtia Energizers introduced their Q25 evolution strategy, explaining how supply chain optimization and advanced technologies have generated significant operational benefits.
The Prolec team presented their business best practices standardization process, highlighting their work in consolidating operations, resources, products, and processes across three countries, enabling an efficient integration under a single business model.
In addition to these presentations, the forum featured two guest speakers who further enriched the event: Eduardo Massé, who spoke about the importance of striving to be the best version of oneself, both personally and within the company. And Nicolás Reyes, who energized the audience with his enthusiasm, emphasized the value of passionate, committed and talented energizers and how they significantly contribute to the company’s growth and success.
700 people attended the event in person and 500 online, solidifying it as a space for learning, collaboration and a shared commitment to our organization’s future.
